Using Adwords Site-Targetting ads, is there still a landing page QS factor in play?

And does the display URL need to match the destination URL, like in keyword-targeted campaigns?

how long do site-targeted campaigns take to go online, similar to content network in 4-48 hours?

 

24ish seems to be average...try and submit them monday - thursday...friday always seems a bit slower.

That said I had one live in 2 hours last week.
