Site suddenly deindexed by Google

Hey guys! When I type in "site:mysite.com" it's suddenly no longer indexed even though it still was here yesterday. It's a new site I just made 3 days ago with one relevant PR2 back link to it. Why do you think this is? I didn't do anything to the site at all and when I checked it again it's gone. Rankings on Bing and Yahoo are not affected though. Thanks.

Why didn't you read your own thread with the same problem earlier.
Most people that trying to help you will be very disappointed if they know you were not responding to your older thread and created duplicate thread.
By the way, you were mentioned your problem has been fixed but now you say the problem persist.
Which one is true. Is the problem back again?

There's a clear difference between the two problems you are referring to. The other thread I posted was about that fact that my site suddenly disappeared from the ranking, but when I checked it was still indexed. This time, however, the same site is no longer indexed. I appreciate all the people that were trying to help me and that's why I posted a message thanking them, as they reassured me that the site would come back and rank in Google, and it did. But the problem here is indexing, not ranking. I hope I clarified that for you.

If that so, that is almost different problem.
Lose ranking and de-indexing from SE is two different things with some similarities. One is indication while the other is the result.
I have written few methods to counter de-indexing in some threads. You can see that in my earlier post.

I encourage you to tell us your site. Giving advice without showing URL or site is like giving direction to a tourists without knowing their real destination. Each sites has different treatment. However, it is up to you to tell us the domain or not. You can use PM if you like. Don't PM me, I'm not an expert in SEO. PM the people whom trying to help you and ask the domain.

Thanks Arick! The strangest thing just happened. I typed "site:mysite.com" again and it showed up. Literally a few minutes ago it was gone and i thought I was banned or something. I'm so confused...Maybe Google likes playing with new sites?

Based on my experiences, this only happen on sites which have potential to 'grow higher'.
When Google find-out great content or too great backlink for new sites, they will check it multiple times. Basically, your site will be ranked higher for several keywords but it will remain fluctuate for few weeks.
You shouldn't not add backlink or doing some 'weird things'. Any actions you have done at this phase will make more the alarm switched ON.
There will be two result in the end:
    1. Your site will be available in SERP with lowest possible rank (supplemental).
    2. Your site will be ranked really high for several keywords and gain trust. There is no middle place.
You should focus only in writing good content.
NB: check your hosting and see the log. Yo'll see some Google bots crawling your site. One of them is causing your site to show up and drown. Basically it was checking your content if it is good or have some copyright infringements. Only a standard procedures for sites which jumping too high over night.

Alternatively, you should use another browser to check your site (no G account - incognito mode).

One more question. I'm confused with keyword position tool and the actual result in Google page. For example, I use http://smallseotools.com/keyword-position/ and a site of mine ranks 44, but when I type the keyword in Google to check it myself I don't see it anywhere. There are also cases where I use the tool and it says I rank 28 or something but actually on the result page where I check manually it ranks 30 something. Have you had this problem? It seems like there's no keyword position tools out there that are reliable at all.
