When building a website, the most important aspect is to think of the user experience first, and then consider monitizing. Site structure, navigation, and usability are a good start. Follow this idea and your site will rank better in search engines.

Those rules are good for visitors. However, a good site structure is also greatly appreciated by search engines because it greatly simplifies their indexing.

Navigation is good for visitors also. For getting better ranking in search engines, give unique titles to all the pages...

I don't think so becuase site structure is good for visitors but you have to make your site search engine friendly to get index or higher ranking in SERPs.

Yeah , google takes navigation and user experience seriously.
Websites with bad navigation will get bad ranking. But i am unsure how google mange to compute which site ave good navigation.
