Selling Site similar to I-Am-Bored.com for sale.

Looking to sell Addictive Sites. I've had this site for a good bit of time but it has been completely neglected for the past 2.5 years. It wouldn't take very much to get it back to what it used to be. Back when I first launched it it was generating anywhere from $100 - $300/day (back when google actually paid decent). I've made some link sales which are all long overdue for renewal. Link sales were around $2000/year. Outside that revenue now is very minimal mainly because I haven't touched this site or played with any revenue methods other than what you see there. The site is entirely custom-coded and runs off it's own system with it's own admin panel.

I'm reluctant to sell this. Starting bid price is $250 which is also the reserve so regardless it will be sold. BIN is set at $500.

Given it makes $2000/year without any work just off the few link sales that currently exist, I'm pretty sure I can fully justify asking for $250 start and a $500 BIN.

 

Can you clarify the income of this site. The information at the top of this thread says $5 a month but above here you say $2000 a year. Can you confirm the actually earnings per month right now.

As I mentioned, ad income revenue (which is what people care about) is $5.00/month. Link sales run around $2000 but all the links are up for renewal so I have not contacted nor collected any of those funds which is why the $2000/year is only mentioned in the post and not the details above. Hope that clarifies it for you.
