    I have not seen it before. But I believe I know where you are getting it from and it is legal to use... therefore, you shouldn't have a problem with any other company out there. Then again, you might just want to be original, and in that case... i'm not sure it is possible unless you do the photos yourself.

    my client is using this on thier hosting site

    and we are going to code it

    i swear i have seen this image used somewhere like monster template or something...now the thing is the reason why iam checking if this server graphic has been used on another site is that we are coding the site and thus i dont want to get into any legal trouble..

    Honestly there are about 10-15 server images on the stock photo website I use that are VERY similar to this one. I haven't went through all of them to find that specific one, but i'm sure that is where he got it from. He probably had to pay $1.00 to get the image, and in return he gets full access rights to it. You should be fine. :)
