    403 Error. From Indian Region. Many friends and relative working US and other foriegn countries. So indian atleast can suggest to buy things from your site :)

    yeap. make both sides bg same color.

    Other suggestions...
    1. Home page has distored images. use proper image resize.
    2. Most items has no image so better you can take no photo image off.
    3. Both home page and apartments and rental pages have mouse over color change effect. But apartments for rental pages has no mouse over effect. instead it has white and grey bg alternative color.
    4. put "by" always in newline. In one item it is at the right hand side corner and link in the left hand site corner.
    5. footer link "sell your item" has no left space compared to other links

    Everything else are nice. Wish you all success. :)
