    Meta Tag Generator

Finally... finished... I have been fiddling with the PHP and JavaScripts to make something very useful for myself, but it turns out that some of my friends also find it useful.

I think that I have built a very useful meta tag generator that can generate either XHTML or HTML depending upon which button you click.
I always hated the idea of coding boring meta tags and couldn't find a meta tag generator that would create meta tags the way I wanted, so I figured I would just make one for myself and then put it out there for others to use.

This was put up in WordPress as a CMS although I hand coded much of it... the generator was done in PHP and JavaScript.

I used Dreamweaver for building the generator as it makes the coding easier to read. I used Fireworks and "The Gimp" for all images.

I hope you find it useful.

Just a question, who actually use it? No offense, but like myself, i use wordpress and that pretty much cover the important ones like rel='canonical'. Unless you built website from scratch without using cms type tools.

Well, it's not designed for advanced users such as yourself, but immediately the site began getting over 100 hits per day, which for me is not bad...

I built it for fun, it will probably never make much money. :(

I use it myself as Wordpress does not do meta tags very well.
Because I assumed that most users were not advanced, I left out the rel="canonical" in the interest of simplicity... as it is, it looks complicated to beginners.

    Thanks for the review!
