    Hi everyone,

    www.sharkyandgeorge.com

After some feedback on a site I have running, essentially its a petition to get an old 80's/90s cartoon released by the makers onto UK DVD.

The site is doing quite well in getting signatures to the petition, upto 640 now, but thats still only around 35% of all the sites visitors signing the petition.

Just wondering, does the adsense on the site put you off looking at it more? and even signing the petition?

    Thanks,
    Greg

personally, the adsense doesnt stand out too much, it kind of matches the blue color of the site.
just a suggestion maybe put he "release the xxxxx" a little bit lower so that you can make the sign the petition stand out a little more

Don't think so, not at all.
Well chosen color sets for the Adsense blocks, to me the ad titles look more like submenus of your website that fit quite well into the overall design.

    God job.

Perfect blending and placement. You should see good clicks from that. Does not take away the main point of the site at all. Well done.

Personally I don't think that the ads would disturb anyone. You should rather consider whether your visitors find on your site that they were searching for. This is a possible explanation of the low conversion.
