I submitted our Nintendo Revolution News site to be included in Google news but was rejected In the emal, one of the reasons stated was our site does not have a "formal editorial review process" what exactly does that mean....what is a forum process? thanks.
I, too, see some typos. Also formal process means checking background and being a well known source on where you get your information/news.
They are saying, in nice terms, that you are not a professional source and lack a real editor. Journalism involves two parts: writing and editing. One party writes and the other party edits what was written. If your website has grammatical errors and/or looks like informal and weak writing, this sort of response can be expected.
I'm pretty sure they have a minimum sustained activity requirement - and I didn't check out your site too much, but I can't imagine that you are pumping out 5 articles daily on that subject. Maybe niche news has lower requirements, but I think there is a real push at google to keep blog-ish content out of the mainstream search results.
