Google doesn't allow you to use Adsense on adult sites. Google also has rules based on pop-ups too. My guess is you're not allowed to have Adsense, based off what you have said.

If the site has a pop up that leads to another site, and that site has adsense, there is no problem.
The TOS is talking about sites with adsense that have pop ups, etc.

It is like traffic exchanges, google does not like an adsense loaded site advertised that way, but it is okay to use a splash page (like the pop up, no adsense on it) that leads people to your site that has adsense.

No the adult site does not have adsense on it ... There is only a popup on it that leads to and Adsense site .

Ah, then that might be ok. If you are ever unsure about it you should email Google, they will reply and let you know for sure if it's ok or not.

As Iowa has said as long as the popup only leads to the other site you will not be in violation of their TOS.
