Site Referring Status Tool?

Does anyone know any site that provides free site referring status tools?
IF it provides site status that would be good too, but anyone know?

I really want to use one.

What's a "site referring status"?

 

It is a tool that shows the site before the visitor comes to your site.
Like if you click my link on DP, it will show the link to DP.

 

The site in my signature can tell you where people are finding your site from.
