Contest Site redesign quick choice

    That's the design, is a little poor. I need it to be redesigned, so it can look better.

    Is actually in spanish. I have to get someone before 7 AM GMT -5.

    So if you join this contest, make sure you pm me the files, or have the files ready, because I got the meeting at 7 AM, and if you don't have the files, I won't pay you, sorry, since I need it at that time.

    The site is a school site.

    Is actually in Spanish, if you need any translation.

    Budget: 20 USD, at least is a very good design I can pay extra.

    Images and info should be deleted from the host after the contest ended.

    (OBVIOUSLY HAVE TO BE CODED)

    i can design but i didnt learn to code it.so,do i need to redesign the page?
