Buying Site redesign for health site

I have a website that full of great content but a very outdated design.

I need someone who can redesign this site giving it new color, new logo and new modern look. I have a basic idea of what I want sketched on a word document. Unfortunately, I cant get what I want on paper onto a website so I need someone who can do this for me.

I dont know much about coding but I will need one basic template that I can use for all the pages, which should be easy to edit (contentwise not design). I dont intend to touch the design but I want to be able to edit what is written and able to edit the menu and categories.

I dont know if Im making much sense. Feel free to quote me your prices and samples of your work. In turn I can send you a word page with the sketch I have planned
