Site Ranking in PST Timings Invisible in IST Timigs

    My site's URL (web address) is:http://www.thedenverjobboard.com
    Site ranking at 21 position for Jobs in Denver Keyword, But when i check in IST Timings keyword not in Top Thousand. Again when i check in PST Timings keyword Ranking at 21st position. Please let me know the Issue.

    Due to this I am Losing my client


    Please help me out. Thanks in Advance
