Similar things are happening to most of us. Ride it out for a few days —hopefully not a few weeks  — until Google is finished with whatever it is that they are doing right now.

Different data centers will give different readings. Just relax for now and worry later if it sticks lower.

I'm having the same problems. Some of my sites are changing, while others are not changing at all, despite the fact I've got many good links since the last update before this one.

I don't know what Google is doing, and another webmaster is afraid it may go on. I don't think this is possible though. I have no idea what Google is doing. They are really changing things this update, and I don't know if its for the better.

This update has made me angry to, but I'm starting to get past it. Whenever they update, they update. If they don't give me any PR, there isn't much I can do about it since its their system.

I hope Google hasn't changed their algo, but only the execs at Google know for sure............

I learned some time ago not to get too hung up on page rank. Yes, it is important and your ability to generate revenue is tied to your rankings. But ultimately, if you have linked well and continue to offer solid content the rankings will take care of themselves over time. Momentary blips when google does an update is nothing to sweat.
