Selling Site Promoting Forex Expert Advisor making $165 a month

I'm selling a site which promotes the clickbank product Pips Geek. It's an expert advisor which sells at $97 and you get $48 from each sale but there are various upsells which allow you to make $112 a sale.

Pips Geek launched this month but I know the person who developed it so I knew it was coming out before others so I brought the .net of the products name and got it ranked in the search engines and that is where all my traffic is coming from.

This truly is one of them sit back and let the cash roll in sites and this is why you might wonder why I am selling it. Well, the reason I'm selling is because I need the cash and need it now as I don't have a full time job so money is tight. This is the reason I'm letting it go for $300 instead of 6 months revenue which would be $600 as it stands now.
