"Site:" problems

I currently have 3 sites which are indexed in Google, one very new one. However my problem is that when I use the "site:" function in google for my new site with a http:// or www. prefix it does not appear in the search results, on the other hand if I do the same for my other sites it does appear.

Also, when done without those two prefixes it shows the sites URL as URLHERE.COM as oppose to www.URLHERE.com, my other sites show the www. prefix.

Any opinions as to why this is? Will it have any affect on my SERP's? What about rectifying it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :).

If the new one isn't showing up with the "site:" function, then it's probably not indexed yet. Start building links to it.

... I said it wasn't indexed with the http:// or www. prefix, only without them. Google has indexed the site, just not with the prefixes like my other sites.
