Site Power Affected By....

    Hi all, I have another quicky question. Lets say I have a PR5 website which has lots of content site wide, but the front page has 80+ outgoing links on it. Will that affect the sites ability to rank high in a specific term? Will it be looked upon as a link page if I have that.

    i have done this:D and it has good rankings. it will not effect your serp position

    What about if its a newer website wich had the PR?
