Site partner needed

hi i have a site that i may sell eventually but at the moment i am at a brick wall and need a partner to take it to the next level.

i wont list the site as i dont want loads of clicks, but heres a brief desc:

1. the site is a payed directory for a very unique service supplyed buy a growing number of companies new to the uk. currently i have 300 on board with me , with another 3000 pending

2. the cost to place their link is currently only $10 and they are all getting work from visitors using them at a ratio of about 1/30 and they make $300 per job so £10 is a bargin

3. i have managed to get the site rank 3 in google and most traffic is SE or link exchange with another directory which im looking to buy soon.

the site has potential with 3000 members at just $10 to make alot. at present i make money through adsence mainly at 5 - 10$ a day with a CTR of 7% with max 90 unique a day.

plus the service my members offer is due to start in december and will be required by over 4 million users plus a year.
