    Hi,
If anybody can advise. My site was blocked on server several times in few days due to some new filters against spam on server. It means the site was not visible for some periods during this 3 days or so. My site has 24 pages and now 6 of them can not be found in Google. Can not being accesable to Google due to server issue can be related to not being possible to find now in Google index. I suppose I should wait some time but is there anything I can do.

    Hope somebody can advise.

How did you get the info? I would not recommend you assume all things yourself even it does look like it very close. Since I do not know your specific website address then I would give my "own assumption" instead.

I assume your website is still in a new phase, not over 3 months anyway. There is no surprise for fluctuate in ranking, even you have built a quality inbound links and kept it. Most of new websites do not have "authority" from Google perspective yet. I would recommend you give a patient and wait for a few days to see what is going on instead of rush doing anything that might caused a worse situation.

Thank for replies. Site is not new, it is one year or more old and ranks well. I think I won't do anything, the problem should resolve by itself, so I hope.

Absolutely. I would advice to keep doing what you were doing before. Also try going for some new services like Angela's backlinks and posting good valuable comments on forums. It will get through.

Getting more backlinks from quality sources should help you some here. May not be a total solution though, so looking at other options might be beneficial. Additionally, sometimes it just takes time for these things to work themselves out.

if your pages were dropped due to your server being down, then you can easily bring them back by building some backlinks. more often googlebot visits your site, better chance you have to get the dropped pages reindexed
