    Here are my requirements:

    Adsense earning must be greater or at least $50pm contact me with earning proof

    Traffic must be greater than 1500+ per day without this no site will be entertained

    Should have good RSS subscribers and Face book fans

    Any niche will do good

    Forums with good activity are also allowed

    US/UK/Aus traffic is required... I don't ant indian or asian traffic

    Warez, Porn, casino or torrent tracker sites are not allowed


    Site with US visitor, more than 1500+ visits per day, $50pm revenue with adsense and with any of the following niche has a good chance
    Education
    MAC
    Apple MAC
    Windows 8
    Health
    PayPal
    Credit Card

    or any forum with a lot of visitor with good activity

    Budget can be increased for good site
