Site Offline not going Online

    Hi,

    We have a staging server where we test our site .
    It was all ok but we had no access to admin as we had misplaced password.
    So we changed the admin password via ssh and sql commands.

    Now i have no access to admin or site its continously showing offline whatever we try.
    We tried changing variable from 1 to 0 and also other items mentioned in posts.

    No luck anywhere what is to be done now.

    Please help can share ip of staging via email.
