Site not rendering properly in Firefox, Navigator, or IE

    Can someone pls review this site (http://www.emerge-solutions.com) and tell me why my cells are being split up in Navigator & Firefox (4 boxes in the middle) and also why the 2 boxes to the left are off a bit in IE?

    What is it that creates these blank spaces?
