How old is your website? It can take a while for google to index your site. Have you set preferred url for your content using url canonicalization?

    Hi,
first thing you should set preffered domain ( you need to decide if you want to show your domain with www or without ). You can do this in webmastertools. In the main page in google webmaster tools there should be both domains added: with www and without. Than in preferences of your choosen domain in domain settings choose preffered domain and save it. Usually it takes few days for google to index your site so you need to wait and check in few days later.

As you already use Google Webmaster Tools and have added your website, you have a very easy way to locate the issue and work towards it. Simply go to the Crawl Errors section and see why exactly certain pages are not crawled. Then copy and paste the error in Google and you will find swift ways of dealing with the particular errors.

    Hope that helps ;)
