site not getting indexed for AGES. pls advise

Try to submit your site on stumbleupon.com and it will get index in less than 24 hours unless your site was banned from Google.

 

I tend to do a bit of social bookmarketing on my new sites. I aim for a link from 20 or so SB sites; my sites seem to get indexed fairly quickly (as in a couple of days)

 

thanks, will do that... In fact i put it on digg some three days ago already - and it can't be banned as it's a new domain... are these settings ok by the way? robots.txt

 

Please verify if your domain has been submitted to search engines or to High PR sites

 

if even after tweeting it didn't get indexed than its best to grab a high pr link.follow, no-follow doesn't matter it will help in indexing and keep your tweets up for different pages on the site
