Site not crawled? surprising ranking

    Hello everyone, newbe hwre.
    I have a hanfull sites "Sitemaped" working fine.
    One site have the following problems:
    1- I see last crawl dec 13 2006, seems true; the meta title changed
    and the old appears, but in the domain stat I see the google bot
    almost every day.
    Seems like he stopped to crawl at Dec. 13Th but everything "Green" in
    sitemap report.
    Last sitemap refresh few days ago. The G crawl rate says 14 / 4 / 1 in
    the last 90 days, meaning minimum 1 per day.

    2- This domain is basically in portuguese-brazilian (and will be
    translated in english soon).
    The ranking on google.com.br in english is pretty good but in
    Portuguese doesn't even appears on the same connection, just changing
    the language!
    Do I have to create a second sitemap somewhere in some other
    Portuguese google tool? or...
