CVShark.com Needs help creating! It needs to be able to allow users to upload there own Cv's to the site, and other buisnesses to search/browse the uploaded cv's. Are you wanting just the design or all the coding done as well? You're going to need a lot larger budget than $100 for both, you might get the design for $100-$150, depending on which / what script you want to integrate the design into.
