I'm 99% sure that's against TOS. You want organic traffic, traffic from social networking, traffic from curious forum members who look at your signature; LEGIT traffic. Traffic Exchanges/Auto-Surf = BANNED!!

Avoid traffic generating schemes. You will get banned from Adsense if you are have an account with them.
If you heard about this methods from somewhere else, we would tell you that it's against the TOS. dont use any program or script to generate the impression or clicks. Just dont follow bad advices and search here in DP for how to earn money from adsense in a proper ways. good luck.
If you've ever been Googling around and found those 10,000 visitors for $15 sites -- DO NOT BUY THEM. They are a complete waste of money, however little you spend anyway. The traffic I got from one of these was all from some random IP address /statsdelivered/. It was basically a page full of frames / iframes that was getting refreshed hundreds of times daily. Since they make no claims about the traffic delivered, that's the kind of crap you end up with. Complete waste.
