MySite.com used to rank #1 for it's main keyword on Google. It no longer does even ranks in the top 100. When I search MySite.com in the Google search two pages come up but they are just random deep pages, no the homepage. When I search Site:MySite.com - I get 190 results... But through the first 120 the home page is not included... (I would search all 19 pages but Google keeps giving me the 403 Forbidden error.) When I check the cache of my homepage at MySite.com it does appear to be indexed. I'm trying to figure out what would be causing this... What appears to me to be a nonsensical filter on my homepage (which is definitely the most relevant page for the search term...) I have varied my incoming links... The homepage has the most incoming links but I also have links to deep pages.... I just can't figure out what's going on... No hidden text... No obvious (to me) infractions... Any ideas of what the issue may be?
These type of things happen all the time when Google changes it's algorithm. Rather than knock yourself out trying to get those keywords back, work on other phrases as keywords in the meantime.
I check this command and found home page link in list. There are two types of this command can be used. site:mysite.com(will list different sites also) site:www.mysite.com (will list of same site links) Site:MySite.com(will list digitalpoint forum post in SERPs.)
Sorry I didn't make this more clear... I was just using MySite.com as an example because I didn't want to name my actual site.
