What Will Happen With This Site In Google?

    As long as it's 301'd you'll be fine. The on-page SEO stuff will only help rankings in the future.

    Ranking improved (for those pages that didn't get deleted (ofcourse)) but traffic dropped slightly. Uniques nearly stayed the same (due to extensive 301's) but hits went down 30-40% (probably due to improved navigation, faster decision making and also because about 20% of the range has been deleted so they were redirected to the homepage with the punter not finding what they were looking for so they probably left clocking just 1 hit).

    Besides removing a part we added loads which is pending being indexed and ranked. Yahoo loves the new site and has bumped all rankings, Google ranking increased a couple spots for most words. MSN... Who are they again?
