Here's a great site for sitemap information. That site is referenced as the definitive source by Google, Yahoo and MSN. I'm not sure you can create a sitemap for a hosted wordpress blog.

A site map is nothing but a page have reference for all pages on the site. Thats is actually for spiders and don't have mean for the site user.
