    I have a Google site map. Do I need one for Yahoo and MSN too?

    Sitemap is now a common standard. Refer http://www.sitemaps.org
    You can submit the same Sitemap to other search engines, i.e. Yahoo and MSN.

    Where do you submit your site maps for Yahoo and MSN?
    do they have a webmasters site too?

    Yes they do have:
    For yahoo: siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com
    For MSN: webmaster.live.com

    you need to submit either same google sitemap or urllist.txt file into these two.
