    You can make upto 50000 urls in google xml sitemap. there are so may free tools to create xml sitemap. You can take help from sitemapbuilder.net.............It may solve your problem.

    I use this program: http://gsitecrawler.com/

    It is a free computer program. Has many features and options. No limit for urls in sitemaps. I haven't found anything better. If someone knows anything better for free, post it here. Thanks :)

    you can use gsitecrawler which helps to build XML Sitemap with unlimited URL's but before submit to Google webmastertools plz check once the URL's are valid which are generated.
