How much would a site sell for that is making between 2-7 dollars a day, but generally around 4-5, and is completely user generated. Edit: It has a couple hundred pages indexed and ranks first page on keyword.
How long has the site been making $5 per day? What's the PR? Are you looking to sell, If yes, then why?
It depends on a number of factors. Is the content free of copyright claims? How old is the site? How long has it been producing the revenue? If the site is 6 month to a year old, and has consistent or increasing monthly earnings, figure 6X to 12X monthly net.
Is this an Adsense site? I've seen keyword optimized Adsense blogs with first page ranking (and nice themes) bringing in around $30 a month selling for around $500 on Flippa, so I'd say conservatively you could get $1000-$2000 for the site.
You are earning $5 a day with your site, so this is about $150 a month. How much unique traffic do you get? What is your PR? At this moment I would say you won´t get any more than $1500-$3000 on flipper. But you should have a look at other/similar auctions on flippa!!!
for $5 daily, it would be around $300 or so. it would be more if your stat of traffic and keywords are well.
Where is the revenue coming from? And why is it $2 some days and $7 on other days? What is your average MONTHLY revenue? This is a hard price to name with so little (and vague) information.
A website is valued on a number of different factors. Traffic, Content, Revenue, Profit, and more. Without knowing more info it is hard to give you an amount.
Is the traffic source that's bringing in the revenue a sustainable one? Buyers will want to know whether it's going to take a lot of effort to maintain that $5/day. If it's something that doesn't require lots of updates / digg submissions, then I agree with the poster that said you could get $1000 for it.
I do literally nothing to the site anymore but check its adsense for the day lol. It's making around $120 a month
