Selling Site making $500-$1000/month -- with 3 years of analytics

Need money so I have to sell a site =(
This site is earning $500-$1000 per month. Average of $600. In December (xmas) it made a little over $1,000
Not posting the site name. I will only give it to long time members of this forum with a lot of reputation. Serious inquiries only.
I am posting screen shots of some of the stats below and will provide access to the analytics to the buyer prior to payment being made.
Feel free to ask any questions or request more stats to be posted.

the site is a search phrase domain that ranks number one for it's term and for a few others. there are also other highly searched terms it ranks in the top 5 for.

the site is in the automotive repair niche. It uses wordpress for the main site (PR2), has an SMF2.0 support forum (PR1) in the /forum folder and an automotive directory (PR1) in the /directory folder.
All text content ("how too's") was written by me and all images were also created by me. Has a decent design with good ad placement.

Yes, I only use Adsense on the site but had planned on selling the info it gives away some day. It has diagrams that are hard to find but are searched for a lot. Therefor they could be sold. My competitors sell them for $6-$12 but I was planning on about $2 to stay ahead of the game.

just the hosting fee. The traffic is organic.

No. Earnings and traffic were higher during Xmas but other than that it's been the same for about a year.
