Site Makeover Specialist Needed

    I am looking to redesign one of my sites. I am looking for someone with experience in redesigning an existing site. I want all content, title tags, etc to stay the same. I just need a simple clean design, better navigation, no programming needed. I need someone creative. If anyone has before and after screenshots of sites they have redesigned I would be interested in seeing those.
