Bought the site from a DP user, looking to resell. If I don't get an offer I like or BIN, I will probably invest more time in it.

A top level affiliate site. Earnings are from being a Publisher on http://dtmpartners.com/ . There are many sites that offer Orgreenic products and pay top dollar. I was earning $25.50 for every sale. The site gets about 100 views a day. It requires almost no work. The site is filled with videos and information from a client's experience with the product. We have a Facebook page with 215 fans. There's infomercials running daily about Orgreenic products and this is one of the only site with true reviews. Could be making 5x what I it is right now if you put any effort in.

Why Am I selling?
The site does provide steady income, but due to my limited knowledge in SEO I'm not able to maximize profits.

How much work do I need to do with this site?
There's no such thing as an automated business, as many claim on Flippa. But this one is as close as it gets. Site has been generating steady traffic and money from the beginning, and I have almost no knowledge in SEO. All you need is a site where you can make commissions of the product and I can give that to you and others to choose from. You can even utilize AdSense instead and probably make even a bigger profit.

How is the money earned?
Each time a visitor reads our site and finds himself interested in the product, they click on one of the banners and they are lead to the product buy page. Once they purchase, you receive commission for the sale. Cash out every month. Right now it's redirecting to amazon, since I no longer want to be an affiliate and i want to sell the site.

The domain name www.orgreenicreview.com , all it's contents, which are 100% unique and the Facebook page with 215 users.

What are the costs of maintaining the site?
$0. The only thing you pay for is the domain and hosting. Which you probably have already.

The Price
I believe that at this BIN price the site is a steal. It's not one of those Flippa site that claims ridicolous profits yet is only few months old. This site is almost 3 years old and has been earning steadily for every single month. If you are any decent with managing business and SEO you can easily skyrocket all the profits.
