an question can someone kick me of, when i have logo that loks like someone else's? i have same blue logo on www.funntube.com like on www.filestube.com can i get trouble?
Considering they're both ripped off from YouTube, that particular site probably wouldn't have a heck of a good claim to begin with. But in general, logos are trademarked (even if not registered), and you can't use someone else's (or make something confusingly similar to someone else's) legally.
Agreed. It has to be original artwork in order to have any copyright value. This is not legal advice since I have not dug into it very far, but it certainly doesn't look original to me. The issue is also one of trademark rights. Again, the logo artwork needs to be such that it identifies a single source of goods or services. if it is a copycat logo, it does not indicate a single source.
