Site Loading Time: Poor on Adwords

I have been running a campaign which I have done my best to optimize, not many pictures and mainly text in the page, but Adwords scores the download time as poor.

I don't have this on any of my other campaigns, which run from the same hosting, so what can I do to figure out the problem?

 

Check out Firefox addon "Web Developer" or such. Go into Tools / View Speed Report. Lot of info that will tell you where the speed bumps are and suggestions on what to do about.

Couldn't live without it for optimizing my sites.

me too fell Google ad words take a more time to load it's page.. ahh..meet again.

 

I am using Google Adwords for text and image ads also , Adwords display my text based ads and also got hits my image ads are running but never got any hits from image based ads.

OP - does the site load fast when you look at it. Is the site in a different country than the US - where is it hosted? Can you get stats on CPU load for the server your site is on from the hosting company? It may be another site on the same server is hogging all the resources.

Other than that, check your image filesizes. Can they be made smaller by saving them as a different file type, eg gif or jpg?
