Currently, the site is in very early phase of development, under http://blues.amazingradios.com sturcture, but I will switch to directory instead subdomain, if it is better.
Google views jazz.site.com as a entirely separate domain. Its typically a bit faster to ramp things up in a subfolder but if you are in it for the long haul subdomains are perfectly suitable as well. Its almost a 6 of one half dozen of the other scenario. Subdomains are typically a bit more work as well. hope that helps. Nig-
personally I would prefer sitename.com/folder over using subdomains in this case. It just makes sense to keep it simple here.
sitename.com/folder would be easier to rank because it is a part of sitename.com, while subdomain is totally different site. Also, if you do not wan't any hurt to your site, you'd better edit your first post and remove hyperlinks on non-existing pages/subdomains. Make them text, not hyperlink, f.e. _ttp://amazingradios.com/jazz - linking to non existing pages is no good
