    BlueSlush.com – A Sitepoint Marketplace Look alike!

So what is BlueSlush? BlueSlush is a market place just like the one most commonly used on Sitepoint.com. It is NOT integrated in vBulletin though, because vBulletin didn't meet the sites needs. In this sale I am going to explain and show you how BlueSlush works, and how it was made for user and staff ease.

    Credits:

First, how does credit processing work and what are credits for? Well, credit processing is done through Paypal and 2co. If you have a Paypal and/or 2co account, you can change your email or id number to have the money deposited to your checkout account (Paypal or 2co). Once a user has purchased credits it will be added to the users account.

*If you try to create a listing, but need credits the system will tell you and direct you to the credit processing page.

    Listings:

To create a listing, first a user must have sufficient credits. When the system knows they do, they will be directed to a page asking for their listing details.

Creating a new ad looks something like this: http://splatt.in/blueslush/ad.png

    Additional screenshots:

    Contacting Staff:

BlueSlush has a custom ticket system for all users- even non-members. All the staff members are emailed when a new ticket comes in. All the staff member has to do is go to the view ticket page, and it will list all tickets.

    Viewing a ticket: http://splatt.in/blueslush/view_ticket.png

    Usergroups:

There are four usergrounps: Users, Admins, Mods, and Super mods. Each group has certain permissions. Users have the least, and admins have the most. Admins, Mods, and Super Mods are all considered “Staff” usergroups. Mods are the lowest type of staff members.

Admins- Admins can control nearly anything on the site, they can edit everything on a users profile etc. They can even modify a users password. Also, Admins can modify the amount of credits a users has in their account.

    Screenshots:

#2 (mod que for requested credits from SuperMods): http://splatt.in/blueslush/admin_que.png

SuperMods- This is the next step down from an admin. They can request credits to be added to a users account. This function was added so the modifying credits of a user wouldn't be abuse. Super moderators must request the credits be added a users account WITH A REASON and an admin can deny or accept the request.

    Screenshots:

Mods- A mod can't do much more than delete/ hide comments, edit listings, etc.

    Misc Info:

Admins can add listing categories, edit, and delete them. This also includes editing the amount of credits it costs to create a listing in that section.

There is also another COMPLETELY extensive part to this, and thats the contest section. I will briefly describe it. A user can create a contest and users can enter the contest with an entry (the entry is an uploaded image). The user and the contest starter can comment back and forth on the entry, and from their the contest starter can declare a winner.

Lastly- There is also a feedback system.

Info: On this sale you get the custom template, logo, backend system, and none of this will be sold again. You get complete rights to the site. You will also receive the domain from NameCheap (free push). If you have any questions please contact me or post.

My coder did all that, I personally didn't. I requested this, and it was custom made.
