If there was only a way to get number 1 and stay. As good of results as I get from SEO I still don't really understand a thing. I tend to do things that work and every once in a while I just get dropped and then bang back the dropped and the back.

I think Google is lowering the value of sites that have outward bound affiliate links. My content sites seem to be more stable.

    Anyone know anything more?

Well it looked like it was some sort of day off, put the word anxiety in and I am there on the second page again.

Quite a relief as I do get a hell of a lot of traffic through google.

Well that's the last time I try and work google out.

I have similar experience before but that's google. My advice is to continue building your links and check google every other day to check on your site status.

There could be several reasons. Your backlinks may have been devalued. If your backlinks lose value, it can affect your ranking. If you have a case of dup content, you may be dropped too. Check your site to see if you do not have anything like similar content or similar titles. Supplementary indexing can push your pages down.
