Your website is great but your theme is not good according to me.I suggest you to use a new theme which have top navigation and also have a left sidebar which is a great place to put advertisment

I think there are way too many ads causing a distraction.
In my opinion, this title's font should be larger: "

."

and the google image ad next to the topcis should not be there.
When I first looked at this site, I thought the topics are also ads....

I think less ads would also lower your bounce rate.
