Site is in index but dont in the search result!!

Hi I have a site about a dating agency and i was two weeks on 3 position on my keyword but the site suddenly dissapeared from the search result but it is still in the G index??
I thought i should wait but now it is 14 days since this happened and its still the same.But G is visiting my site every day.On the same domain i have two other pages.There are in index too but no in the results?? Do anyone know something positive that could make me happy

 

It might help us better understanding the problem if you could supply us the address of the site.

I´m guessing your site is new? New sites often do have a brief boost before sinking again for a while. It will take time. Concentrate on building your content and building good links, finding content partners and networking like crazy.

The drop out of sight has not been caused by anything you have done and in time you will find your site clawing back into the serps.

Do a search here on DP and in general for the term ´sandbox´.

 

My site is realy not old, it is for 1,5 months in the index but i thought the time when the site is dancing on G is over..This was on the beginning when the site was in the index first two weeks.You could be right..i hope so .
But could this be because i have tried to build some links?link exchange and one way links too??And when my site was filtered from G what happened to other sites linked from this site?are they filtred too?

I has one other site it was ranking well(6. place in G on a good keyword) but it dissapeared from the 100 two weeks ago two..This site is linked from the first site.But this site i can still find in the results but on other keywords..

 

It is possible that you had links to a few sites which dropped PR and/or position in the last update and you are suffering a knock on effect from that, but I think it much more likely that you are just experiencing the standard sandbox (believe in it or not) effect.

If your site had two weeks of high serps after first being in the index and then dropped ... that´s fairly typical of the mythical sandbox.

Use the time to work on your site so when it does have all filters lifted your site blazes up through the SERPS like a fancy firework.

 

I work on the site every day but if i cant see any changes its dificult..there are other two sites on the same domain with a backlink from the first site.They are two weeks in the index too but no one day in the results.. ..we will see.I will wait for two more weeks..did i have any other chance??

I´m not following you completley. I´m tired and I´m guessing English is not your first language? Could you explain that last post again?

 

The site i am writing about is the index page.and there are other two pages in the same directory,that i am linking from the index page.This two sites are in the index of G too but not in the results..
