    I want to make a website that indexes forums. I would tell the script what sites to index. On my website there would be a search feature where you could search loads of different forums. When you search it will come up with the names of the threads.

    How would I do this without using RSS?

    EDIT: it would just be forums. it would also index normal pages but it would have to take the name of the page instead of the name of the thread.
