Site indexing question?

I have a question, my site which i have decided to do more work on, (after a little bit of thought) i left for a while and the hosting ran out. The domain registra then put up some domain parking. I have now got some more hosting, but my site seems to have dissapeared from googles index. It was there with the domain parking, obviously not where it should be ranking with proper onsite seo, but if i searched the site url it was there.

What happens to sites when it gets changed to parked? Will my site come back as it was, will it comeback at all? I have pinged it, and submitted it through a meta indexer?! It still has 3,000 backlinks, will i have lost any of the power?

Many sites being down for few days even experience that drop. All you can do is make decent content changes and gather few strong backlinks, don't rush backlinks just a moderate one.

I would just do as suggested and dont rush the backlinking. Google does do this when a domain becomes empty.

Give it a month or two - you should be fine!
