    What exactly does it mean a website is not indexed by google?

    Its mean google doesn't know about your website and can not show it in search engine result pages.

    To see if a site (url) is indexed or not, you can simply put the whole URL in search box and hit search, if you see that URL in search results it means that URL is indexed otherwise not.

    You can check by going to google.com and typing in
    site:domain.com

    Cause I bought a small site a while back... All my other sites are indexed. What is the easiest way to get it indexed?

    If you do the site:domain.com test and you see the phrase supplemental results, that is not too good.

    I have ALWAYS had my sites visited and indexed within just a week or two.

    I always will do a article that I can link to the new site with from each of my other web sites.

    I always do an article that will go deep into the web site I want indexed to find the appropriate applicable information.

    It has ALWAYS worked for me....
