    This was a dropped domain that gained PR5 then gone after google pr update, some sub pages are at PR1. You maybe lucky if it gets back to PR5. I don't know how much traffic you will get from this, but selling domain as is. You may benefit from the traffic from Yahoo or DMOZ. To be listed in Yahoo will cost you $299 per year. I sell this because it lost its PR, but being in DMOZ and Yahoo may benefit you, I don't know. My lost your gain.

    What about any possible conflict with that company?

    They come back and ask us to transfer the domain to them?
