    You site goes in spam only if it is breaking any rules or google policy. Verify your content, are you duplicating it? are you extremely promoting any one site with backlinks from that site?...

    Don't get backlinks from the bad neighborhood sites, those sites give you spam backlinks....

    guys really you both thought and view is to good and also you tip are most important when Google get block our site means Google found some mistakes in our site please short listed that first. and that one more think don't try Black hat SEO its totally Spammed method....
