    I am looking to sell http://goldcoast-hotel.com

    The site is built using a domain that is over 10 years old - this will climb Google rankings much much quicker than a new domain.

    According to the Google keyword tool there are over 75,000 searches p/month for the keyword 'Gold coast hotel' and the Adsense CPC = $3.37! Or you could use a hotel affiliate to get revenue from the site.

    Built using wordpress, includes a couple of unique articles and it very easy topic to write about.

    Assume no traffic or revenue for the purposes of this auction.

    Starting bid $40 or BIN for only $85 (domain worth more by itself).

    (remember you are bidding on a premium aged domain name in a great niche)
